Scope of Services.

Cost Control and Damage Review

Review relevant team invoices, crash damage reports, repair requirements and related charges to ensure costs are transparent, justified and reasonable. This review will also identify any technical, procedural or driver related lessons that may help reduce future cost exposure.

Representation, Sponsorship and Media

Coordinate the wider support needed for consistent performance, including fitness planning, event logistics, specialist introductions and assistance with matters that could distract the driver or family. The aim is to maintain a stable, professional environment around the driver throughout the programme.

Represent the driver professionally across the motorsport industry, supporting relationships with teams, sponsors, media and key stakeholders. This may include partner positioning, sponsor activation, publicity planning, press materials and oversight of agreed branding across the car, racewear and relevant media channels.

Career Strategy and Management

PPM will develop and regularly review a long term career plan tailored to the driver’s ability, goals, age, experience and budget. This will cover championship and team selection, programme planning, test opportunities and engagement with teams, engineers, organisers, manufacturers and Formula One junior programmes.

Team Selection, Contracts and Negotiation

Assess team and series options, lead commercial negotiations and review proposed agreements with appropriate legal input. Key terms and motorsport specific considerations will be clearly explained before any commitment is made, ensuring the client understands the sporting and financial implications.

Driver Performance and Coaching

Support includes trackside coaching, simulator sessions, telemetry and video analysis, event preparation, track notes, post event debriefs and tailored improvement plans. Where appropriate, PPM will coordinate with fitness coacher, physiotherapy, nutritionists, sports psychologists, tracking progress against agreed objectives.
